Privacy.

Who we are

This website is run by Vojtěch Babišta, performing as VOYTEN (the data controller). For any question about your data, write to marie@2media.cz.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you by name. If you accept cookies, we measure how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, device type, approximate location (country / city) and how you got here.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), loaded through Google Tag Manager. Clarity records anonymised interactions such as clicks and scrolling; text you type is masked.

If you decline, these tools do not set cookies and no analytics data is stored.

Why

To understand which songs, videos and pages people care about and to improve the site. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Embedded players

Spotify and YouTube players on this site are provided by those services. When they load, Spotify and YouTube may process data under their own privacy policies. YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode.

How long

Analytics data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics and up to 13 months in Microsoft Clarity. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you change it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
